AltaPro AI is an Edmonton, Alberta enterprise software company. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It applies to altaproai.ca and the access application.

What we collect
When you apply for access, we collect the details you submit — typically your name, company, role, an idea of your needs, and an email address so we can reply. If you contact us directly, we keep that correspondence. We may also collect basic, aggregate analytics about how the site is used.
How we use it
We use what you share to respond to your application, to talk through whether AltaPro AI is a fit, and to send updates you asked for. We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers who help us operate — for example an email delivery provider — and only under confidentiality.
Client data we operate on
Where we build and run systems for a client, any business data those systems touch belongs to the client. We store it securely, use it only to run the system we were hired to build, and never use one client's data to benefit another. See our AI ethics page for the principles behind this.
Your choices
You can ask us to access or delete the information you've given us at any time — just get in touch. Any email we send about updates includes a way to opt out.
