These terms cover text messages sent by AltaPro AI — the AI company of Unconventional Group Inc. — and by the messaging systems we build and run. We only text people who have agreed to hear from us.

When You'll Hear From Us
You receive text messages from us only if you gave us your mobile number and agreed to be contacted — for example, by submitting a form on our site, texting a keyword to one of our numbers, or as part of an existing business relationship. This is consent-based, in line with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
What We Send
Messages relate to what you asked for: audit and appointment scheduling and reminders, replies to your enquiry, follow-up on a request, and occasional service updates. We don't send messages unrelated to your request or relationship with us.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us — there is no fixed number of messages.
Rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. We don't charge you for the messages themselves.
Opting Out
You can stop messages at any time by replying STOPto any text from us. You'll get one confirmation, and we won't text you again unless you opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier and device.
Your Privacy
We don't sell your phone number, and we don't share it for anyone else's marketing. How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Messaging Systems We Build for Clients
When we build or run SMS and voice systems for a business, that business is the sender and is responsible for obtaining valid consent from its own contacts. Our systems are built to support CASL-compliant consent, clear identification, and working opt-out.
