This policy sets out how you may — and may not — use AltaPro AI's websites, products, tools, and the systems we build and host. It keeps our services safe, legal, and reliable for everyone.

Who This Applies To
This policy applies to anyone who uses our site, our products (such as the AI School and the tools we productize), our AI features, and the systems we build and run for clients. It sits alongside our Terms of Service.
Don't Use Our Services To
Break the law or help anyone else break it; send messages or run campaigns without valid consent, or in violation of anti-spam laws like CASL; harass, defraud, or deceive people; infringe intellectual property or privacy; upload malware or attempt to breach, overload, probe, or disrupt our systems or infrastructure; scrape or harvest data at scale without permission; resell or sublicense our tools without a written agreement; or reverse engineer our software except where the law expressly allows.
Responsible AI Use
Don't use our AI features to generate illegal content, impersonate others, produce spam or disinformation, or make automated decisions about people without appropriate human review. AI output can be wrong — you're responsible for reviewing it before acting on it. See our AI Ethics page for the principles behind how we build.
Your Data and Content
You're responsible for having the right to use any data you put into our systems, and for using it lawfully — including obtaining consent from the people it concerns where that's required.
Enforcement
If you break this policy we may suspend or terminate access, remove offending content, and, where necessary, report unlawful activity to the authorities. We'll act proportionately and, where practical, give notice first.
